PO and Immediate Receipt

Receipts may be done in two manners: the PO receipt, and the immediate receipt. The PO receipt requires that a purchase order is setup, and checks what you receive in against the lines in the purchase order. This information then can be brought up and tracked in a variety of reports. The immediate receipt immediatly receives in product without the need of a purchase order, and is directly added to inventory.
